2. You cannot give this “master” out to other people other than yourself. If you know a writer
who is interested in writing to it, redirect them to this page and have them download it
on their own, otherwise you will be held responsible for their action(s).

3. You cannot submit the song you write on this “master” to anyone else other
than “Steffen Wittenkamp” unless you receive a direct written
permission from “Steffen Wittenkamp” to permit otherwise.

4. By submitting your song to us you agree that if we like it, we have the
right to (with your permission) to play the record to A&R’s, Label Execs, as well as
artists whom we feel might be interested in the song in hopes of placing the record.

5. By submitting this song to us you are NOT giving us ownership of the song. Everything
that you have written is still legally yours and we’re not out to jack or steal
anything from anyone. We are fair and we are doing this to find
new writers, who can write hit records!. If the song gets placed then we will
officially work out a producer/writer agreement where we will discuss publishing
splits and other details.

6. By picking your song we are not giving a guarantee that it will
get placed. That is not up to us, we are merely giving an opportunity
to write on one of our records and like stated before, build a relationship.

7. You acknowledge that “Steffen Wittenkamp” may receive numerous unsolicited audio recordings
and that it is possible that they may receive two recordings from different
parties which are similar or alike. You understand that You will not be entitled
to any compensation because of the use by “Steffen Wittenkamp” of any such
similar or identical material. You further understand that “Steffen Wittenkamp” would
refuse to accept or otherwise evaluate the material in the absence of your
acceptance of each and all of the provisions of this disclaimer. You shall
retain all the rights to submit the material (the song, not the beat) submitted
to “Steffen Wittenkamp” to persons other than you. You acknowledge that no
fiduciary or confidential relationship now exists between us, and You further
acknowledge that no such relationships are established between us by reason
of this disclaimer or by reason of your submission to us of any material. You request
that “Steffen Wittenkamp” evaluate the material submitted
to them, however, “Steffen Wittenkamp” shall have no obligation
to do so nor inform me of their evaluation, if any. “Steffen Wittenkamp” may use without
any obligation whatsoever to you and without any payment to you, any of the material
which is not concrete, or which is not protectable under the law, or which a third
person would be free to use if the material had not been submitted to him or had not been
the subject of any agreement with him, or which is in the public domain. You further
agree that no other obligations exist or shall exist or be deemed to exist unless
and until a formal, written agreement has been prepared and
entered by both “Steffen Wittenkamp” and You, and then your and our rights and obligations
shall be only such as are expressed in the formal written agreement between us.

8. By sending a email and writing your digital signature you’re agreeing to all
the above stated rules. If you obtain the “master” without agreeing to
these rules, then you CANNOT write to or use the master in anyway possible
form in this universe. Therefore, you must delete the “master.”
