Kid Future is a young Hip Hop artist from Port Saint Lucie, Florida better known as “Loose County.” At a young age, Future was already being exposed to music to those of The Fugees, The Notorious B.I.G., Nas and many other mid 90’s/ early 2000 era artists. With an appeal to modern era listeners as well as for the original Hip Hop listeners, Kid Future is almost promised a spot among the top new Hip Hop artists for years to come.

I can guarantee to you that after listening to his mixtape, you’ll only wonder what’s next. It’s called “The 5th Day Mixtape”, a 10-song project which he completed in a matter of 5 days, releasing it on that 5th day, covering Diddy-Dirty Money, Travie McCoy, Juelz Santana, & more. You’ve probably heard this thousands of times before, but when I say you won’t be disappointed…YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED Did I forget to mention that he’s just starting his Senior year in High School? Well after a listen to this 29 minute mixtape, you won’t believe it.

The “5th Day Mixtape” is actually his 2nd project, after “The Prototype”, which debuted at #8 on DatPiff just HOURS after its release.

This kid seriously has some potential, dropping quality covers – 2 a day (!) – at 17. Let’s wait and see what happens when he gets some original productions!
