I asked Kristine Mirelle if she would allow me to write an article about her. She accepted and I had the chance to interview the gorgeous Kristine Mirelle. I was honoured to be able to ask Kristine some questions. She is a RnB singer with big dreams in music. For those who don’t know who Kristine Mirelle is, let me give you a little overview.
Kristine Mirelle lived in Livington NM, a small town populated at about 10,000 people. She started playing the piano at the age of 4. She was given the opportunity by her mum to take lessons for a year and continue if she wanted.
“That day began a devotion to an art that has changed my life and has helped me find my gift that I’m intended to share.”
“My first performance was on a kitchen table in my grandma’s house. The kitchen light was my spotlight and my family was my crowd.”
Kristine started taking part in school plays and musical events, and started writing classical music at the age of 7.
“I practised while I wrapped toilet paper around my eyes so that I could play even when the lights were off. I always told myself that one day I would perform on stage blindfolded so that I could display what I had been practising.”
At the age of 8 she moved to Roswell NM, which her father took over a tortilla business. At the age of 13 Kristine started graphic designing and making websites for her favourite artists such as TLC, Blaque, Jennifer Lopez. “I started my own little business at school selling burritos, candies, candles, giftbaskets, and raffle tickets for certain items.”
With all the money she had earnt in this she saved up for a 88 key Technic digital keyboard and helped pay for her invisaligns to straighten her teeth for her image.
“I don’t regret giving all of my money and time into this. It isn’t a career for me but a passion and love that will continue regardless of my success or failure.”
“My earliest memory was of the day I sat on that chair and listened to my mom tell me about how I was going to become involved in piano lessons. It is the most significant part of my life, and the one memory that takes up my earliest recollections.”

I fell in love with music when I was very young. As far back as I can remember, I played the piano and sang. My family is filled with musicians and singers so it was something I was constantly surrounded with as well.
- Do you write your own songs?
Yes
- Is there any hint of an album to be released soon or sometime in the future?
Yes my next album will be finished in this month of June! I have been working on it for a VERY long time now and am so excited to put it out. This will be my forth English Album. I am also working on my first Spanish Pop Album and my first classical album.
- How far would you like to take your music career?
I hope to make music for the rest of my life which I will do regardless of the outcome of my career. To be able to live my entire life supporting myself with something I love, would be the greatest blessing I could ever be given.
